* Our team will be away, and operations will be temporarily paused.

After our break, we will also be honoring a long Chinese New Year holiday, during which our facilities will remain closed until late February.

* To ensure your orders are processed before our time away, please submit any requests by January 5.  

* Note that production typically takes 7-10 working days, so plan accordingly for shipping.
