1. Payment

Our prices are listed in US Dollars (USD), and payment transactions will be processed in your preferred currency via Stripe.

3. Import Duties and Taxes

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which we cannot control as they are imposed by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges.

4. Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-14 business days for the dispatch of all made-to-order items. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination of your order.

5. Returns and Exchanges

All made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased, except for unused damaged items, which can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if accompanied by proof of purchase and the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return of any item(s) to us. We strongly recommend using a reputable courier service, as R ú Y ī is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during the return.

All delivery charges are non-refundable.
